Dear Friends,

It's finally happened! Government health officials have agreed that vaccines "ultimately
led to autism-like symptoms" in a nine-year-old girl from Georgia. They
also conceded that she and her family deserve payment from federal funds earmarked
for vaccine injury cases.

Of course, government reps are quick to point out just how narrow this particular
concession is, and that it won't apply to other cases. They're hoping that this
case was settled so specifically that it won't lead to a floodgate of other
winning cases. I take that as a challenge. If nothing else, maybe it will lead
to parents and pediatricians being more careful when children are vaccinated -
this girl got FIVE vaccines in one day!

And now they've admitted that it's possible for "autism-like symptoms" to
be brought on by vaccines. Even if an underlying condition got the ball
rolling, the vaccines sealed the deal for this little girl. I say, she can't be
the only
one.
And I'm guessing that lawyers around the country agree with me.
Right
now, there are about 5,000 families across the country are trying to get some
financial relief to help with their developmentally-challenged children - problems
that came to light after the children were vaccinated. I hope this case
helps
them get some of the financial assistance they deserve. And I hope even more
that more parents will think twice before allowing their children to receive
multiple vaccines in one session - maybe even rethink vaccinating all
together.
The case isn't finalized yet, and no payments have been agreed to. But this is an
amazing first step in demonstrating that vaccination can lead to abysmal consequences,
and maybe a first step in keeping all of us safer.
